About us

In the Eighties, France Petrovitch and Eva Robinson creates the line France Hanevabased on a T-shirt in silk. The collection is cool, unstructured, it mixes a large colour range in crêpe de Chine, satin and heavier crêpe with suede and cashmeer jersey. The clothes are either zipped or closed with snaps.

Even though the line is a hit on the French and international market, the evolution of fashion, and a desire to extend their potentials leads the two designers towards knitwear and finally the creation of Petrovitch & Robinson, a structured and more dressy line.

The loss of France Petrovitch in 2008 doesn’t alter the approach to a high level, designer’s ready to wear that characterize Petrovitch & Robinson. Eva Robinson continues to work on the timeless yet edgy style of the collection,  the sharp cuts and the fabrics chosen with lots of care, but she gives a more day-wear feeling to the line. The feminine,  yet clean cut dresses, as well as jumpsuits in crêpe attracts French and International buyers. The collections are based on the brand’s classics, the prime concern of the creation is a responsible and sustainable production.

The collections are created  in the studio of Petrovitch & Robinson in Paris, the work is close to couture, and the line is produced in France.
